As foreign tourists, we loved all the amenities and activities offered at Casa Verde. the well-stocked kitchens, free condiments, and coffee beans were a great perk. the rooftop terrace and swimming pool with net, balls, and basketball hoop provided a fun and relaxing atmosphere. the helpful and English-speaking owner, Carlos, made our stay even more enjoyable.
Felt great, no complaints whatsoever.

I recently stayed at Casa Verde in Santa Ana for two nights. The hostel had a welcoming atmosphere, thanks to Carlos' hospitality at check-in. The walls were adorned with unique prints and designs created by visitors from around the world. The rooms were well thought-out, with plenty of storage, hooks, and a safety box. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and the shower was the best I had during my trip in Central America. The hostel also had two fully stocked and spotless kitchens, offering convenience and comfort. Casa Verde is the best hostel I have encountered in Central America, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

We had an exceptional stay at this unique and very hospitable hostel! Carlos, the owner, welcomed us warmly during check-in and gave us a tour of the hostel. The friendly atmosphere and the prints and designs made by visitors from around the world added to the charming environment. The hostel has all the amenities we could ask for, including well-stocked kitchens, a rooftop terrace, a swimming pool, and clean. We especially appreciated the provided information about traveling around the area and the option to store our luggage. Although there was a minor issue with finding restaurants nearby on a Monday night, there were supermarkets available and Carlos was always willing to drive us to a restaurant of our choice. Despite a slight inconvenience with the internet and lack of assistance with bus routes, overall, we had a great experience at this hostel. The courtyard/pool area and roof terrace were especially pleasant. We felt comfortable, safe, and enjoyed our time there.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Verde in Santa Ana. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The towels, mattresses, and pillows were of high quality and extremely comfortable. The hot shower was truly wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful, and Carlos, the owner, provided 5-star service. The laundry service, pool, and honesty bar were all great amenities. We were upgraded to a spacious triple room, which was a pleasant surprise. The hostel's location was convenient, close to the market and bus terminal. Casa Verde was a blessed relief for us middle-aged travelers.
Recommend this hotel.

There were a few positives I can mention. First, the location was convenient, with shops and restaurants only a short walk away. Second, the Wi-Fi connection was surprisingly fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. And finally, the rooftop terrace offered a nice space to relax and enjoy the view.
Wow, where do I start? This place was a disaster from the moment I walked in.

The facilities at this hostel were really impressive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and it was a bonus to have access to hot water in the shower. The two kitchens were fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and it was great to have your own designated fridge and shelf space. Another advantage was the helpfulness of the staff. They provided great advice on things to do in the area, and even arranged transportation for us to explore nearby attractions.
There were a few negative aspects of our stay. there was a lack of staff availability.

I loved the professional feel of this hostel, it was like staying in a hotel. the small swimming pool was a perfect spot for relaxing after a long day. Carlos, the owner, went above and beyond by arranging a taxi for my early morning bus journey and even stayed with me on the highway to ensure I made it to the bus on time. the staff were incredibly helpful, providing advice on public transport and even driving me to a great Pupusa place one evening. the kitchen was well-equipped and there was plenty of space to cook, as well as a fridge to store food. the hostel was clean and tidy, with good showers. It was also conveniently located near the market, supermarket, and bus stop.
I felt really comfortable during my stay and have no complaints.
